Nancy Flavilla Armstrong (1845-1937) was the youngest daughter of William and Jane Armstrong. She attended a school in Norwich, Ohio with her siblings Mary, Andrew, and Augustine in 1860-61 and later, a normal school in Zanesville, Ohio. She married William Harrison Kelly in 1867.
