Abstract
Geologic map published by the North Carolina Geological Survey. This multi-colored map of the Asheville 7.5-minute quadrangle includes a description of map units, stream sediment heavy mineral analysis, Schmidt equal area stereonet data, a list of prospects, quarries and sand resources, and two cross sections. This map supersedes North Carolina Geological Survey Open-File Report 2000-08.
