Description
McLean is serving as the Commissioner of the General Land Office in Washington. He praises the work that Finley is doing with the Wyandots and encourages him. He is very satisfied with his new position, and has the confidence of the president. The Ohio members of the Legislature have nominated Henry Clay for president. McLean believes that John C.
