Description

Finley is serving as the Presiding Elder of the Ohio District (Ohio Conference), which includes the eastern Ohio circuits of Beaver, Erie, Grand River and Mahonan, Chatauque, Steubenville, Tuscarawas and Huron. Bishop Roberts lets Finley know that he will not be in attendance at the Ohio Conference in Steubenville. He believes that Bishop George and Bishop McKendree will be in attendance.
