Description
Thomas McKenney writes to let Finley know that he needs to follow the regulations in order to receive appropriations for "Improving the Indians." It is necessary for the Corresponding Secretary of the Methodist Missionary Society to send a letter of request to a named officer, "in conformity with printed regulations." Abstract Number - 670
