Description
Solomon Howard (principal, Ohio Conference High School in Springfield) feels that reform is necessary in "our university at Oxford" (Miami University). He would like Finley to use his influence with the Legislature to see that trustee vacancies are filled with "suitable men." He would like Finley to serve as a trustee, and he himself would like to serve. Abstract Number - 427
