Description

Young writes to find out how Finley is doing with his new "congregation." [Finley was recently released from his duties as Presiding Elder of the Zanesville District to assume the chaplaincy at the Ohio Penitentiary]. Young talks about traveling the Zanesville District as a temporary replacement for Finley.
