Description
Dr. William Capers has evidently published in the Western Christian Advocate an 1839 letter written by Finley purportedly showing Finley's support for Southern Methodism. Marley (Marlay) advises Finley not to be bothered by it. Marley hopes that the upcoming Ohio Conference will be pleasant. He has found a place for Finley to board during the conference.
