Description
Browning reports on the "ejectment case" of the Methodist Church of Pittsburgh. (Right of Property -- Who owns the building -- MEC or MP?). The case of the Methodist Church of Pittsburgh v. Remington et al. was heard by the Circuit Court, which found in favor of the MEC members. The case has been appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and should be settled in September. He tells of the progress on the new church building and hopes to be able to complete it. Abstract Number - 116
