Description
Berwick is pleased to learn that prisoner William Howland "is changed from what he used to be." Apparently, alcohol was at the root of Howland's problem and the crime was committed while he was drunk. Berwick is circulating a petition to have Howland pardoned, as "his family needs his assistance." Abstract Number - 1139
