Description
After writing the day before, Robinson received word from Washington about the necessity of filing the two enclosed affidavits. Robinson asks Finley to have a Justice of the Peace swear Bruton to them, and then take the affidavits to a Clerk of Courts who will certify to the Justice and affix his seal which is required by law.
