Description
Potter concludes that the prison inmate who recently died was indeed his brother -- George L. Potter. He cannot understand how his brother got there. He had been a respectable citizen, 32 years old, and a single man. Potter asks Finley to supply information -- the crime committed, the length of his prison term, and whether he owned property.
