Description

Ruter writes to Finley giving an accounting of money still owed the mission, a total of $529.46. $275 has already been forwarded to Finley, leaving $254.46 to be paid. Ruter encloses $254.46 in cash (Chillicothe paper) which "settles our account til next Conference."
