Officials from the American Sunday School Union (interdenominational organization) would like to see Sunday Schools established within every part of the Mississippi Valley over the next two years. White & Aydelott write to the Ohio Conference requesting that some of the preachers serve as Sunday School agents on behalf of the Union.
