Howe writes another letter concerning the technicalities of publishing of Finley's book in which he sets forth in 1,2,3 order the reasons why he is more competent than "the Concern" (Memorials of Prison Life was in fact printed in 1850 by L. Swormstedt of Cincinnati who was publishing much of the Methodist Church materials) and his terms for publishing. Howe is very anxious to undertake this work. Abstract Number - 587
