Elliott is starting the publication of a magazine titled "The Class Mate" and he writes to Finley describing the magazine. He asks Finley to send an article about his personal religious experience, so that they can print it in their first issue. He also asks Finley to send the engraving of himself to print in the issue. Elliott hopes that the magazine will satisfy the needs of the poor people of the Church. Abstract Number - 556
