Description

There is a bill before the Legislature to organize Crawford County. Davenport wishes to know of you if the interest of that County will be advanced by the passage of that bill or not; or whether you would prefer remaining as you are. If you wish to have it organized, say whether you are of the opinion the permanent seat of Justice should be established now or only a temporary seat and in either case where you would wish to have it located. Did the goods sent you meet your expectations? Abstract Number - 644
