Description

Conditions of religion are good in Westfield, Chautauqua County N.Y. Many are being converted. He mentions a Father Peck and Mother Stone who are the only surviving Methodists from the time Finley was there. Due to climate conditions, his health is poor, and he would like to return to Ohio.
