Description

Hedges writes to Finley concerning a land squabble he is having with Mr. Spencer (Jesse Spencer). Hedges has been compelled to buy Mr. Spencer out in order to avoid a lawsuit or loss of his gristmill. If the heirs of Mr. Armstrong have any claims on the land, they need to act immediately.
