Young is happy that Finley has recovered from his sickness. If Young's health permits, he will attend to the duties of Finley's district in his absence. If he is able, he will attend the Quarterly Meetings. Young says he is going to try to raise the money before the chaplain goes. If not he may have to go to Delaware. Young is pleased with the result of Finley's Long Conference; rules made or adopted by the Indians themselves. ????? Abstract Number - 887
