Description
Milligan has learned about a "clandestine remonstrance" against Rev. Philip A. Mutchner (Muchner), currently serving the Hebron Circuit. There are folks who do not want Mutchner appointed for another year to the circuit. Milligan rode the Hebron Circuit for two years and knows the people very well. He can think of no better person to serve the Hebron Circuit and hopes that Mutchner will be reappointed. Abstract Number - 293
