Mr. Blair previously wrote to Finley to collect money owed to Mr. Griffis. Since that letter the Supreme Court has decreed the use of the land that Griffis sold to Newburn, to Griffis' wife for alimony. Newburn has commenced a suit against Griffis and asks Finley to retain the money owed to Griffis until the lawsuit is determined. Newburn's lawyer agrees to indemnify Finley against any suit that may be brought against him by Griffis. Abstract Number - 22
