Mr. Blair previously wrote to Finley to collect money owed to Mr. Griffis. Since that time the Supreme Court has decreed the use of the land that Griffis sold to Finley as alimony for his wife. Lawyer Newburn has commenced a suit against Griffis and asks Finley to retain the money owed to Griffis. Newburn agrees to indemnify Finley against any suit that may be brought against him by Griffis. Abstract Number - 22
