Holland explains at length that due to his illness of the past 15 months, it will be impossible for him to go on working, and he wants to go home until he regains his strength. He hopes Finley will agree with him. Holland suggests Brothers Convey and Irvine to take his place. White adds his request to Holland's -- that the latter be released to regain his health, and feels confident of good progress under Brother Irvine. Abstract Number - 180
