Hutt feels it is his duty to write Finley concerning the selection of a preacher. Due to the conditions of a new church and a debt, and possibilities of changes in organization, this preacher must be chosen with great care. The writer wishes it were possible for Finley himself to spend a Conference year on the Charleston Circuit. Abstract Number - 170
