McMasters is not in very good health. Religion is at a standstill in this country with little prospect of revival. Mr. David L. Evans proposes to buy Finley's property for $450. Evans will pay $100 down and $100 in annual payments. Finley can hold the property as security until the debt is paid off. Several have not paid their rent and McMasters would like to know what to do. He doubts whether Finley will get more than $450 for his property. McMasters is very much in need of his money and wants to know what Finley is going to do about it. Abstract Number - 16
