As soon as possible for Finley to obtain certificate for the amount which I have drawn to be applied to the benefit of the Wyandot Indians, he will comply with pleasure to the request. Finley now has lying before him Mr. W. Lee's certificate that his account with Treasury Department was closed up to October 19, 1827 and that he had received a credit on the books for all he was charged with until that date amounting to $4,183 and this was even on satisfactory vouchers that Finley rendered him for 1828. He will send certificates of all that was drawn in his name when he obtains them from the person in charge. He had nothing to do with the school establishment at Sandusky since last September nor has he drawn any money since. Abstract Number - 772
