Eddy says that a certain McGuire has been "puffing the Radical Quarterly Meeting held in this place" and McGuire asserts that nineteen have joined in Eddy's home place. Eddy says that McGuire is supported mostly by Baptists, Presbyterians, Universalians, and Dunkards??, and other enemies of the Methodist Church. A subscription paper had been circulated and between one hundred and two hundred dollars had been received already. Eddy states that the Presbyterians are the leading exponents of this doctrine and that the success of this movement has been greatly exaggerated. Eddy invites Finley to their Quarterly Meeting to see for himself. Abstract Number - 118
