Col. Dewey (recently appointed warden at the Ohio penitentiary, but not yet serving) responds to Finley's request to live in the area of the prison where the warden is housed. Dewey tells Finley the he will make every effort to accommodate Finley's wish, but he does have to consider the housing needs of his own family as well. Abstract Number - 1039
